Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery

  • Excision of simple and complex endometriosis

  • Treatment of pelvic pain (diagnostic laparoscopy, adhesiolysis)

  • Management of ectopic pregnancy (salpingectomy , salpingostomy)

  • Oophorectomy (removal of the ovaries) for benign or malignant ovarian tumours or cysts

  • Prolapse Surgery (Sacro-hysteropexy, sacro-colpopexy, sacro-cervicopexy)

  • Incontinence Surgery (Colposuspension) for stress urinary incontinence

  • Endometrial Resection and Ablation to treat heavy periods

  • Tubal recanalization for proximal fallopian tube blockages

Vaginal Surgery

  • Vaginal repair and reconstruction

  • Vaginal Hysterectomy

  • Colporrhaphy for anterior and posterior vaginal wall prolapse

  • Excision of vaginal and vulval cysts

  • Colposcopy and Treatment to the cervix after abnormal smears

Cystoscopy:

  • Investigation in cases of recurrent urine infections

  • Botox injections to the bladder for urge incontinence

  • Injection of bulking agents to the pelvic wall for stress urinary incontinence
